ESTERO RIVER OAKS PRESERVE

9531 AND 9541 BROADWAY EAST
 ESTERO, FL 33928
Picture
Our projects keep getting bigger and better!
Estero’s River Oaks Preserve is a passive recreational area with a strong focus on concepts of simplicity, natural/native care of the land, sustainability, and being “one with nature.” This property will expose visitors to a lesser-known side of Florida – one with shiny blueberries, hogplum, gopher apple, butterfly milkweed and where gopher tortoises live.
This Project is a partnership between the Coccoloba Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society and the Village of Estero.

Volunteer hours are Sundays and Tuesdays from 9-1. Contact us for more information.
This preserve is not open to the public, but you may access it with us during our volunteer hours.
